Your stay includes: • Main-Floor Suite: Queen bed (adjustable) • Upstairs King Room: Can be split into two twins upon request • Upstairs Queen Room • Cozy Twin Room Cook, dine, and play with ease in our bright, airy spaces. The chef-ready kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, air fryer, Cuisinart, mixer, EVO, and spices. Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table, on the scenic deck, or poolside under the stars. For fun, you'll find a fire pit for s'mores, a propane BBQ grill, and outdoor games like SpikeBall. We also provide: • Board games and a record player • An EV charger • Baby gear (crib, high chair, safety gates) • Eco-friendly, low-impact cleaning products, eco-cotton and linen sheets, and natural toiletries. Guest Access Guests have private access to the entire house, the pool, hot tub, and surrounding grounds. Entry to the home requires navigating 3-4 steps. Ample on-site parking is available. The Neighborhood Nestled in a rural setting, our property is surrounded by the scenic charm of Virginia's orchards, fields, and farm views. Enjoy long, peaceful walks to the nearby creek or the local orchard farm stand. It's the perfect base to explore the countryside and soak in the tranquility. Getting Around A car is necessary to explore the area. For local winery tours, the Crozet Trolley is a great option (early booking is recommended). Uber and Yellow Cabs also service the area. House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please observe the following: • The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. • No events or parties are permitted. Small gatherings with a few non-registered guests require prior approval and may incur a fee. • The pool and hot tub are “use at your own risk.” All adult guests must sign a liability waiver before use. • For safety, please follow all posted pool rules: no jumping/diving, no glass in the pool area, and swim diapers are required for toddlers. Important Information • Host's Presence: To comply with local regulations, the host lives on the property in a separate, private building. The house, grounds, and pool are for your exclusive enjoyment, but the host may occasionally access the pool when it least impacts your privacy. Your comfort is always the top priority. • Additional Guests: A fee of $100 per night applies for each guest beyond 8, and requires prior approval. • Damage Waiver: The “management fee” is a $50 Accidental Damage Waiver that covers up to $500 in minor, unintentional damages. Please let us know if any accidents happen. • Pool & Hot Tub: The hot tub is heated year-round at no extra cost. A heated pool upgrade is available from March to December for an additional fee. • Included Extras: Firewood for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit is provided free of charge. • Property Maintenance: Our gardener works quietly and unobtrusively on Saturday mornings. You are welcome to clip fresh herbs from the garden! • Special Arrangements: We can help arrange a private chef, a pre-stocked fridge, or a late checkout. Please inquire for details.
